The purpose of the General Board is to provide a governing body for the individual Auxiliaries, helping coordinate their activities, further public relations and provide a unified communication with the Bleadership of Riddle Hospital and Riddle Healthcare Foundation.
The General Board is composed of the Immediate Past President, the Chairmen and Co-Chairmen of Standing, Fund-raising and Special Committtees. The officers of the General Board, outlined below, compose the Executive Committee of the General Board for 2023-2024.

Some of the Standing Committees under the General Board include the Bylaws Committee, Finance Committee, Historian, Membership Committee, Nominating Committee, and Public Relations Committee. Some of the Chairmen include the Publicity Chairman, the Riddlegram Chairman, Merry Token Shop Chairman, Volunteer Chairman, and the Ways & Means Chairman.
